Kundalini Yoga Instructor
Lesya has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2012. She focuses on therapeutic exercises for the spine. She also adapted her exercises to women's bodies and to pregnant women and postpartum yoga. She uses bodywork, meditations, pranayama and sound healing to expand consciousness, heal trauma, express emotions, calm down the mind, release stress, tension, energise the body, transform sexual energy and connect with the body and soul. During the retreat she will also run the sense activation workshop among other things.
