Inner journey workshop with Momo

During our daily sharing circle you will be given the opportunity to share and reflect on your inner journey in a safe container. When acquiring new skills we often face our deepest fears and wounds. This is a great moment to reflect upon them, detect patterns and use somatic therapy approaches like focusing to feel, release and thus heal the emotions stored in your physical body. This therapy aims to help release how a physical body holds on to stress, tension, and trauma, rather than only resolving problems verbally.


Kundalini Yoga With Lesya

Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini life energy, or Shakti. This is a spiritual energy that’s said to be located at the base of your spine. As Kundalini yoga awakens this energy, it’s supposed to enhance your awareness and help you move past your ego. Sometimes, the practice is also called “yoga of awareness.”

Breath is life. From the moment that we take our very first life-giving breath, until the moment that life leaves the body, our breath is a constant, faithful and trusted companion that acts as a bridge between the physical, mental, emotional, relational and spiritual aspects of our being.
Breathing is completely automatic and can also be brought completely under our control, offering us a wonderful opportunity to harness the power of conscious breathing to balance the body-mind system, regulate the nervous system and enhance performance and growth in all aspects of our lives.

Ice Bath & Chi Kung Body Work With Anas

Ice bath combined with specific breathing and stretching has an enormous positive impact on physical and mental health. These include muscle recovery, stimulation of the central nervous system, boosting of the metabolism, breath development and a reset for your brain through the release of natural DMT. The session includes guidance through breathing technique & stretches based on Chi Kung and a gentle and gradual approach to a whole body immersion into ice.


SUP Yoga With Janna

This type of approach to yoga offers a whole new perspective to being fully present in the moment, while enjoying the splendor of floating on water. Practicing in the open sky and feeling connected to the natural world quickly brings a sense of freedom, peace and joy to the practice. Focusing on the breath and awareness of your movements are key to maintaining balance on the board. The focus and ease come with time as you practice and will help to develop mindfulness.
SUP yoga is another opportunity to believe in yourself, challenge your limits, and rise above your fears. This uplifting experience with you and our hope is that you step out after the session with a sense of empowerment and fulfillment, feeling inner strength and stability, recharged and balanced.


Ocean Sound Healing With Lesya & Farid

Centered around sacred geometry, crystals, plants and/or sound in his sessions, our facilitator uses an array of methods including ecstatic dance, body shaking, breath work, voice toning and singing bowls to create a coherent space of harmonious resonance where the attendees can relax, re-pattern and release emotional and physical distortion.


Shiatsu Treatment With Anna

Shiatsu is a treatment with roots in the MTC aimed at balancing the vital energies of the body, helping restore contact with one’s emotions, needs, desires and passions. It restores balance and harmony between the Body, Mind & Heart, provides deep relaxation, relieves stress, loosens muscular tension, facilitates joint movement, allows elimination of toxins, helps overcome fatigue and restores body awareness.


Thai Massage with Amro

A Traditional Massage is a combination of Acupressure (gentle pressure with palms, foot and fingers on the energy lines “sen lines”) and Yogic Stretching.
During the treatment, silence is observed. Some people experienced a meditative state of mind that intensified at the end of the session. Every touch can release tension and leave a hypnotizing effect. Life seems to slow down.The mind becomes sharper as our awareness level rises. The body is being liberated from emotional and mental blocks that have been buried for years.


Personal Training & Nutrition With Shaza

Shaza is a Crossfit trainer, performance trainer, personal trainer and a certified nutritionist. Her training style differs from one person to another. She designs the program according to each one’s goal using different training methods and systems. Overall, she likes to offer each person a new experience when it comes to training style and atmosphere, which she believes will make their goal less stressful but rather exciting.
She is a firm believer that most of us don’t know what our bodies are capable of. We all know that physical activity helps maintain good health, but the mental part is also very important to mention. Moving your body is not just a way to burn calories or look better, it makes you feel and think better.
